End User License Agreement

Justudios.com ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use Pocket Roller (the "App") on any Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this EULA.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your rights to the App to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any advertising displayed within the App

The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and user interface — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Justudios.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to use Justudios.com's trademarks, logos, or service marks.

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed within the App. The display of advertising is necessary for the continued provision of the App at no cost to you.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. All app data (saved dice sets, statistics, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data on our servers.

Justudios.com may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features thereof at any time without prior notice or liability.

Justudios.com does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements or expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUSTUDIOS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF JUSTUDIOS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUSTUDIOS.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH, IF THE APP WAS FREE, SHALL BE ZERO DOLLARS).

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive termination.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

Justudios.com reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
